Temple Miracle

It has been a busy last couple weeks which is making it more difficult to write in this blog. However, there are some miracles that I would like to share with you today.

Since it is my last transfer, my departing batch went to the temple together. At the temple, two major miracles happened:
1) On my first day here in the mission I brought a camera from home. After landing in the Philippines I took a total of four pictures when I left my camera on the van when going to the hotel. Two years later.... yes TWO YEARS LATER! I receive an email from the Church Travel Office informing me that they found my camera! I stopped by and got my camera after two years of being separated. What a wonderful reunion.
2) While at the Area Office, we went to get to eat at the cafeteria. When I got there I saw a familiar face.. it was my cousin! I had no idea he would be there. He informed me that my other cousin was coming to the temple that day to open his mission call. Honestly this was too good to be an accident, and I promise we did not plan this out! I had worked a lot with this cousin when I was assigned in their ward and I look up to him a lot. As he read his mission call I could tell that he was going to be an amazing missionary. God is showing me the importance of family and that I need to be more connected to them.  My cousin will be assigned in Liberia Monrovia MIssion - West Africa.

It is amazing to see God's hand in my life. There is still so much work to do and such little time. Time to sprint to the finish!
