The Power of the Day

Powerful days = powerful miracles. Miracles are happening every day.

This week we had Zone Conference and our focus was on goals. We want for each missionary to have successful missions and we know that if each missionary has goals and does all they can to achieve it they will see progress in themselves and in the people that they teach.

Many people want to have successful lives but they often ask themselves, am I living a successful life?

If you want to know how your life is, look at your day. 

At zone conference we showed the missionaries the power of setting Daily goals and doing all you can to achieve it. That is the power of the Day! Open the gates and seize the day. Don't be afraid and don't delay.

As we have been doing our best to hit our daily goals we have found so many amazing people who are receptive to changing their lives through the gospel of Jesus Christ. As we show God we are willing to act, he will show us what to do. As we were walking down the road I saw a nice little family and felt the prompting to talk to them. This was the nicest family and all they want is to find more peace in their family. We shared a quick message and scheduled an appointment the next day so that another family who is a member of the church could come with us to share how the church has blessed their family. And the next day they came to church. God will guide you to the people that are ready to listen especially as you are committed to doing your best every day. That is the power of the Day. 

On a side note, we forgot to pay our water

bill because we were busy with Zone Conference and our water got cut off.. So hopefully we get that back soon.
